"Love this resort! Have been there 4 times. Rooms are clean, food is great, staff is always wanting to please! My only problem is, the restaurants only have beer/wines. I really like my various martinis, so I would have to go to one of the bars, and walk my drink, (as it sloshes around) to the restaurant. I don't understand why the restaurant can't take drink orders and bring them in. My only complaint, and everything else is wonderful!!!"

"Service and hospitality was amazing. Friendly, professional, above and beyond. Exceptionally clean!!! Room Service was fresh and fast every time! Very nicely remodeled. Shower had great pressure and beds are unbelievably comfortable. Krystal restaurant was my favorite. Buffet food was okay but servers are hard working and friendly. The band on Friday night with two lady singers was so much fun!! We will be back soon. "

"This resort offers a quiet vacation environment. The pool area includes a shallow section suitable for sitting in the water, and there are many pool loungers on the pool ledge. However, it may be challenging to find a pool chair after 10am. The spa is well-maintained, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Specific staff members, including Alfredo, Gricelda, and Lupe, provided attentive service. Although the staff are very helpful, the smaller size of the resort means that food options are limited. Those with simple eating preferences might find themselves eating the same meals daily. Despite this, the restaurant staff are wonderful and the food quality is good. The buffet provides a variety of options, and the sports bar stands out for its excellent service. The bar features multiple screens showing NHL and NBA playoffs, and the food is delicious. Alfredo, our butler and concierge, greatly enhanced our stay. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to ensuring all our needs were met was exceptional. "
