"Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. "

"The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable. "At first I couldn’t seem to communicate with the property manager but once we got in communication he helped.me. I enjoyed the casita but the furniture was a little worn. It is a great area. I have friends that stay there. I was very satisfied to be there and would rent it again."

Very comfortable beds, basic but efficient bath, nice patio with cute plunge pool for hot afternoons. Short walk to Xcacel Turtle Sanctuary & beach, also convenient to village of Chemuyil with restaurants and small shops. The owner & her managers are quick to respond to any inquiries and happy to answer questions & make recommendations. In all, an excellent place to base oneself."
