"The catalonia riviera maya was beautiful. Resort is beautiful, clean. Pools are great. Restaurant food is all delicious. Buffet could be a bit better. We went in june so off season and a lot of times a la cartes would be closed several times a week. If you didnt go to breakfast by 10 it was difficult to eat before supper we really had to plan meal times. Bartenders could have been friendlier but everyone else was lovely. Such a relaxing and lovely resort. Will definitely go back."

"The food was amazing. Fresh and flavorful. Miguel ,Xavier, cant remember other names were amazing. Down fall...Alot of walking. The layout of hotel was very confusing and elevator # made no sense. Females: DO NOT WEAR HEELS. Alot of sand on property, including some restaurants. Bring bug spray. Safe area. Couple resort if you want quiet. Some live action. Beach club was more lively. Lastly music sucked. Does not cater to latin music, reggaton. 1x at pool party heard updated music. "

"Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying."

"Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "
