"Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here"

"Very clean and garden view amazing and friendly staff"

"Good."

"If you want a no frills resort, then this is the resort for you. Nice atmosphere in the fact that it is set in a tropical like atmosphere unlike the other resorts in Cancun or RM. Beach was nice but no clear blue water and powdery white sand like we thought. Food was mediocre at best & unfortunately there's only one buffet & that closes at 3:00 p.m. So you need to eat at the various a la carte restaurants. Once they close, only way you can get dessert or something else is if you call room...

"A great place to relax on a beautiful beach"

"Great service, staff was mostly awesome, food was"

"Great people, they so nice and GAYS COMMUNITIES"

"Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos."

"The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum."

"Amazing stay! Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Super helpful my husband is amputee and they helped make everything smooth and easy. Helped provide us with activities and transportation. The food options were so amazing! Noriku was out favorite spot!"

"Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention. I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is...

"The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

"Loved the chill relaxed vibe of this hotel. Beautiful property and the food was delicious. The concierge ladies were so helpful and kind helping us book a couple of excursions. We had an amazing time."

"I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...
