"Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, algo que realmente se valora. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de muchos restaurantes y opciones para salir. El hotel es muy bonito, con una temática que refleja perfectamente el estilo relajado y natural de Tulum. Durante nuestra estadía hubo algo de ruido por la noche, posiblemente por reparaciones, pero en general no fue algo que afectara significativamente la experiencia. Sin duda, lo recomendaría."
