"Great location. Pretty clean but patches on wall not painted. Say two bottles of water in room not there when asked for them it was a big deal n ehen we asked for two more bottles we had to pay for them. Says there is a gym but the gym is across the street. I was a little cold not extra blankets in room just a very light blanket on the bed but other than that it was a nice place to stay. I would go back"

"I stayed here for my birthday weekend and before I even notified them of the occasion they upgraded my room for me. Then a call was placed to the property notifying them of my birthday and they brought a hand written card, chocolates, and sparkling water to my room as a gift. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The property is about a 7 min walk from a shopping area with a variety of stores and a 10 min drive to the mall. "

The staff were amazing, everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Both Cannery Row and the warf are about a 10 min walk, excellent location. The bed was very comfortable with nice quality linens. "

"I wasn't sure if I wanted to book due to the reviews complaining about the noise, small rooms, and lack of parking. However, our trip turned out to be perfect. The room we stayed in was spacious and ideal for my family of 5. There was some noise since the hotel is located in the town, we slept with a window open but honestly they is to be expected when staying in downtown. Parking was not an issue. The staff were extremely friendly. There is an old rotary phone in the lounge that my boys enjoyed...
