"Communicating with staff was very difficult. We couldn’t hear or understand them on the phone and had to do text only, which was also difficult. We had to give our information several times before they would give us a room code. They were located 20 minutes away. That being said the property was unique and well appointed. "our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"

But our view was mostly of other building and there was also a large unsightly pipe obstructing the view. I even asked the front desk if I got the correct room and was told I did. Bed was not very comfortable. Both of our backs were sore after just one night. In-room coffee was like tea and came far from meeting expectations. Thermostat was too low and un-readable in...

"This was a great hotel for a quick 2 night stay for my family and two kids. They loved the pool and spa and we all enjoyed the hot breakfast! Room was clean and staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!"
