The room had cob webs, the TV didn’t work, you had to unplug the microwave in order to use the coffee maker, no hooks anywhere to hang things on, asked twice for extra hand towels, and got wash cloths instead. No Kleenex and nowhere in the bathroom to set things down on. The bed was comfortable The staff was excellent!

I had to park so far down from my room. The staff at that time was friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was ok the microwave was not working but still there and the toaster took forever to toast anything (poor) and it gave the elution that it worked ,the microwave had a sign ( not working)

My first night there the water did not get warm from the sink or shower they gave me a corner room and my 2nd morning the water in shower didn’t get warm at all so I had to take a cold shower. I asked for a room change and I got it! The water was much better in temperature. The breakfast was okay only complaint really was the cereal was stail, and the milk tasted a bit weird maybe do the little cartons instead. And change the cereal out more often, I use to work in Marriott breakfast. The waffles tasted kinda nasty maybe get a new brand or get the waffle maker? But overall It was an average stay somewhat worth the price maybe should be cheaper. Customer service was good, as well as other stuff

Not sure where 8-point-something rating came from. Place was a dump. Air conditioner was so loud in room it woke us up everytime it kicked on and off. I mean almost laughably loud. Bathroom was dirty. Cigarette burns in blankets. Fridge and microwave looked like they were rescued from a flood, rusty and old. We felt totally bamboozled by ratings for this place. Person qt front desk was super friendly only plus. Oh and continental breakfast was crap- just cereal and toast and yogurt and coffee machine was broken. AVOID!!!!
