"The hotel is pretty clean. The location is good too. The only thing I don't like is parking. They have valet parking only and charge $25 per car. And when we picked up our car, it took longer than expected time to receive it. The parking space is very crowded."

"This is a gem (aside from construction noise across the street, and no working USB port in the room), everything was great!! Staff went out of their way to help find a USB brick :-) Late checkbout options (for a fee) are awesome, especially for getting in one more afternoon at the beach and having a place to clean up and change before departing. Only thing ill change next time, is bring my own USB port for backup :-)"

"The location is amazing - a quick walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Pier. The house is a beautifully restored mansion, and is very clean. We stayed in one of the attic rooms. It seemed like they invested a lot of money and effort into the building itself, but skimped on the furnishings. The bed was very uncomfortable and the vent for the air conditioning unit was taped to a hole in the wall. (Thankfully there was air conditioning, as it got pretty hot in the attic). "Came here with my husband to celebrate our one year anniversary. Our room was absolutely stunning with a beach front view and balcony right outside the window. They have a cute and complimentary wine and cheese hour in the late afternoon. We enjoyed a glass of wine on their front porch and watched the waves.
