Attractive property, larger rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately it’s very noisy. The walls must be really thin. Starting at 5am every morning we could here every room door slam, suitcase rolling past our room and every elevator bell ring. Bathroom was nice but with very low lighting.

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley was excellent overall. One of the bathroom shower heads was not working in our room, but luckily there were two. The beds were comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we are in Scott’s Valley.

I was there for a wedding & our group had prob 20 rooms & over half of us, including myself, complained about how horrible & uncomfortable the beds were! The mattresses were crappy! They seemed old & sunk in. They all definitely need to be upgraded ASAP! My shower was amazing tho! I was on the first floor & it was a big, walk in shower with 2 shower heads! That was a pleasant surprise! Overall it was pretty hotel. Overpriced for what it was, but that's California for ya. Ha.

This hotel was in a nice area that was quiet, considering it’s in between Santa Cruz and San Jose. I am so glad we chose to stay here. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was accommodating. The only issue was the walls are a little thin, we had a neighbor blasting their tv all night and it kept us up.

the staff was very friendly, there were a few moments where nobody was at the front desk but it wasn’t a big deal. the room looked good, pretty clean but there was a few water stains on the countertops and no bags in the trash bins, another minor problem. there’s free parking and overall felt very welcoming.

Housekeeping was only every 3 days. We were not told about this in advance. Furniture tops were stained and worn. The hot water tap in the bathroom sink was so tight that it was very hard to use. Only yogurt and toast was available for breakfast. We will never stay there again. Hard to believe that this was aSheraton hotel.
