The location of this hotel, across from the Santa Cruz beach, is ideal. The walk ability to the Boardwalk is great. Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful property across from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. The rooms are extremely clean and updated nicely. The rooftop deck is comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee shop onsite and amazing food steps away. One of the best stays we have had. We will be back.

This hotel is walkable to just everything! Also, this hotel is easy accessible to UCSC if you see your kid there for a visit. Plus, there is a good quality coffee shop attached to the hotel, great coffee and food!

This hotel is nice and clean, however I do not recommend big SUVs parking in the garage. It is convenient place to stay. It is across the street from the boardwalk and close to everything. As far as the stay we had a great time but the parking could be a problem if you have a large vehicle. We had a balcony with ocean so was able to see everything going on.

We had a great time and the staff were beyond great. Carpet in room was dirty but other than that the bathroom and beds were very clean and our experience was so good that we are going back for a Thanksgiving weekend

Extremely family-friendly and clean/maintained property. The staff was friendly and engaging and there was always someone available to assist with questions and requests. Super close to the beach and boardwalk with an added bonus of having a cute cafe there!

We had a view of the beach, which we paid extra for. But the rest of the rooms look at nothing, and parking is really bad there. You have to park in another lot around the corner, and I’m not sure how safe it is. Unless you’re lucky enough to get the parking spots outside the lobby. The hotel is in a boardwalk carnival area. The bathrooms are nice. And the view, if you pay for that room, is really nice. I just wouldn’t go back because parking is so stressful. And people that stay there look a little sketchy

Beach view and stayed at first floor which is all a bonus cause it’s quick and easy. Only downside is there’s no microwave in the room and coffee maker doesn’t work. At the price these two basic should be always be there and available.
