"Clean room friendly staff"

"I liked this hotel a lot. I think it's a very good value. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected with some great, healthy options and I liked the coffee. It includes parking - unlike a lot of the other hotels I considered. There's EV charging as well if you have an electric car. We wanted a hotel with a hot tub and it has a good one (and a pool). It was very quiet. There's a water bottle filler (filtered water) which was great so you don't have to buy bottled water while you stay there. And a free coffee machine/hot water in the lobby. We liked the location as well - it's next door to an outdoor shopping center that has a great restaurant (gastro pub - highly recommend), a movie theatre, a baskin robbins, a huge grocery store where they have great smoothies made to order (also it's near a whole foods), and an orange theory in case you are a member and want to take a class while you were there - the teacher we had there was very good. We walked @ 20 minutes to get to the beach/shops in downtown Capitola which was a nice and pretty easy walk. Overall, we had a great get-away weekend! "

"The grounds were very nice. There was no need to charge $3 for bottled water and charge for Netflix. The room’s cost should easily have covered that."

"We loved staying here! Can’t beat the location. Condo was clean, fully stocked with all necessities, pet friendly. Loved that it was pet friendly! There were several codes to remember to get into the garage, garage door gate and house but this did make us feel safer. Check in and out was super easy and Nancy was easy to communicate with. Will most definitely stay here again."

"This was such a cute property! The location was stellar, close to all the shops and the beach. Since it’s tucked away in a side street, it’s also super quiet. The only downside is parking in front of the location is a fight or a wait and watch for people to leave (but that is all of Capitola Village). The large public parking lot is about a 3 minute walk or so. We will definitely be back!"

"Such a relaxing weekend with our family of 5. The bunk bed room was perfect for all the kids. We loved waking up early to walk the beach and watch the sun rise. Also, sitting out front and listening to the waves at night. So quiet during those times. We had friendly neighbors during our stay and zero complaints for the whole weekend. Personally, I like a more soft pillow top mattress and softer pillows (I brought mine), but the beds were fine and we all slept great after a day of playing at the beach and walking around the shops. Location is perfection! "
