"The location was perfect! Cute area, perfect for walkable experiences. However, the cost for 1 night was a lot considering the place was decorated with mismatched furniture collected from a Goodwill. The towels were also overly use/washed and need to be replaced. The mattresses were AWFUL - they’re so old, Jesus probably slept on them. They should use the money from the over priced motel to get new items so people can actually enjoy the stay. "

"The room smelled like mold and the property owner told us there was water damage in the room which confirmed the mold smell. It made me sick, no way to regulate the heat. It was super cold, they told us we have 2 comforters to keep us warm. The people in the room above us were super noisy. Over priced for the room we stayed in, furniture not comfortable. Parking was terrible."

"This place is way better in person than the pictures display online! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 11, there were plenty of pillows, blankets, linens and plenty of comfortable places to sleep. We mostly loved the balcony over the street and the one in the loft was beautiful as well. The big beautiful windows really made seeing the sunrise fantastic. Location, location, location! Across the street we could eat, enjoy wine, there was live music (every night, but not disturbingly so), less than a 5 mins walk to the beach, etc. - I could keep going…. And go to GAYLE’S! We walked everywhere and up the street is what, I’d like to say, is the best bakery/eatery I’ve ever been to. Omgosh! It was so fantastic. We stopped there again right before we left. There’s also a produce market across from Gayle’s - excellent. We cooked dinner each night and the kitchen was perfect. We really appreciated the salt, pepper and garlic powder that was provided, that seems like a small thing, but if you cook, it’s a great treat to not have to go shopping for it. Also, we have to mention the neighbor. I can’t recall his name, but he was fantastic. Our kids brought a lot of sand back from the beach and he was very helpful with helping us clean it up. We would absolutely come back. Very comfortable, wonderful location, and great communication. "

"cute and cozy property, two buildings with a nice open patio in between. super clean, well maintained, six of us fit perfectly between the two buildings and hung out in the front room with TV for dinner and movies. amazing location, steps away from the colonnade, river walk, beach, pizza my heart! pet friendly, our shorkie loved it. kitchen well stocked with utensils plates etc and stove fridge. great spot, would def rent again when staying in the area"
