This is the hotel we prefer when visiting my daughter in Santa Cruz! We have stayed here a few times and it’s the only place I like! It’s clean, staff is AMAZING and it’s convenient!

The staff was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. We had two rooms and they made sure we were next to each other. We all enjoyed the pool and dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

Everything was great. Restaurant is good. Room was relatively quiet although the hotel was full. Pool is smaller than anticipated. Personel was friendly and helpful. Not enough towels in the room and no face towels. Easily fixed with calling house keeping.

This hotel is great and conveniently located to Santa Cruz and Scott’s valley. It’s very pretty and clean! The staff was great! Nice pool and hot tub with beautiful trees surrounding it. Can’t wait to go back!

The rooms were clean beds comfortable. I fell getting in the shower the tub was very slippery. Filled out a incident report but have not heard from the hotel. Went to the clinic for xrays everything looked okay I am badly bruised up and down my legs and very sore

The staff was friendly and helpful with all our enquiries, and the facilities worked for our two day stay in Scotts Valley. The breakfast however was somewhat over marketed and whilst the breakfast service was great, the choice of food and quality was average. It did look like they may have had some maintenance going on, so worth checking status before going
