"Excellent staff, Kevin the Events Coordinator was the best person to know. The staff was extremely supportive and fun, great restaurants."

"Excellent layout, great views"

"We were very pleased with our stay overall. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very attentive and the service by the pool was the best out of any resort we have been to. The food was very high quality, didn’t feel like an all-inclusive. The drinks were top shelf and used fresh juices. My only critic is there isn’t great communication between concierge and pre booking. They weren’t able to see what resturants I had booked or when my airport...

"Food is 10/10"

"Restaurant staff and food quality and choices remain five star incredible. However the pool staff and housecleaning was terrible this trip. The pool staff are all talking to each other and don’t seem to care about serving the guests at all. You have to complain to get a drink and that’s not for me. Housekeeping was a disaster. Our room often didn’t get cleaned at all or we had to wait until 5pm for it to get cleaned. They NEED to fix these two things to bring the hotel to the five star rating...

"Our stay at Garza Blanca Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was exceptional, and the service truly made our vacation unforgettable. We especially want to recognize some of the incredible team members who made our experience so special. Jose, our poolside waiter, was outstanding! He was incredibly attentive, efficient, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His service truly stood...

"me ofrecieron un upgrade q tomé a Club Preferred, en el q entre otras cosas, nos hablaron d “bebidas premium” y dichas bebidas nunca había en los diferentes restaurantes y bares"

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"We stayed at this hotel knowing it was an affordable option, and honestly, you get what you pay for. It may not be the most luxurious hotel, but what truly made our stay worthwhile was the exceptional staff and the wonderful hospitality. The hotel also offers daily activities, especially for the kids, which made our family vacation even more enjoyable. There’s always something to keep the little ones entertained! As for the food, it was okay—not particularly outstanding, but reasonable...
