"Everything was great! My only complaint would be that the beds aren’t that comfortable, and the pools got really hot but that’s not something the resort can control with the weather of Cancun, overall the entertainment crew was amazing every day!"

"The property and room were beautiful and clean. We loved that the resort was not so huge. Everything was in walking distance. The views were gorgeous! I will say the boutique and spa were expensive. The hibachi restaurant was not good. The food was bland. The steakhouse was okay. The steak was flavorless. The other restaurants were great. The drinks were weak. The property needs to have, in full view, signs for absolutely no smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes on property grounds. They do have areas for smokers, which is fine. We experienced people sneaking their vaping and smoking paraphernalia. It was disrespectful to us and the others around who don’t smoke and want to relax and not smell the grossness of smoke."

"Overall the property was amazing as well as the staff and the food. My room in building 14 needed TLC. The shower leaked constantly, there was a space by the bathroom mirror that was patched up horribly and the curtain was missing a hook and hung crooked. It was disappointing that my room was not in the best condition. Otherwise the property was great. The housekeeper was awesome!"
