"My partner and I stayed here for four days and we absolutely loved it. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 and the property was absolutely gorgeous. We had one issue with our floating breakfast, but they quickly corrected that mistake and I appreciated that."

Siempre estuvo disponible y nos hizo todo mucho más fácil. También queremos reconocer al Chef Elías y a Juan, quienes fueron excelentes. La atención y el servicio fueron increíbles y definitivamente hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. "La propiedad esta muy limpia, muy buena las abitaciones, la comida espectacular, la atención le doy un 100 de 100 pero lo único que no me gustó es que desde que llegas te estan atacando para que vayas al desayuno para la charla para venderte los tiempos compartido o ser miembro de ellos y no me gusta eso me sentí atacando por esa parte"

"We had an amazing stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our family feel welcome and well taken care of. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The food was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. What really made our vacation special was how friendly and attentive everyone was. Our children had a wonderful time, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves as a family. We created some great memories here and would definitely come back again!"
