"Everything was lovely- especially the beach. Service was very good. My only disappointment is that the buffet is tucked back far from the beaches and pool - with no view. Likewise, most rooms and hallways don’t have views. Neither do the rest of the restaurants. I like to be near the water or with a water view as much as possible. BUT TRULY - it was great in every other way."

"Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything felt beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious. The resort itself is stunning modern, elegant, extremely clean, and surrounded by gorgeous tropical scenery. The beach was one of my favorite parts. The water was beautiful, the sand was soft, and the whole area felt very relaxing. The pools were also incredible, with plenty of space to unwind without feeling overcrowded. The food was excellent with so many different options, and the restaurants were beautiful as well. We really enjoyed the variety and the quality of the meals. The drinks were great too, and the service throughout the resort was wonderful. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional. You could really tell they wanted guests to have a special experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and high-end. Overall, Secrets Playa Blanca completely exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a relaxing, romantic, adults-only getaway with beautiful surroundings, great food, excellent service, and a luxury atmosphere. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it!"

"We had great time ! Overall great experience!! Love the majestic views, ocean front and just amazing for morning & evening dip , all the restaurants at property were amazing! Staff is wonderful. Our butler Gustavo & Orlando were great !! All the staff members were so polite and respectful!! Will definitely go back !!"

"Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us."
