"Absolutely top notch. Paradise Island. Plenty of beautiful pools, many with swim up bars. Food was very good. Our butler, Jazmin, spoiled us. “Mex”, from the steakhouse, was our favorite waiter, but they were all super friendly. In fact, every staff member from the bartenders, to wait staff, to hospitality, to maintenance were always so kind and welcoming. Bring plenty of sunscreen and prepare for some humidity. A++ rating from our group of 9 (8 adults and 1 teen)."

"Front desk are very nice they really do the best for what you want. Also the all the staff are very friendly too. But only room service kinda messed up for what you want and room service definitely need improve their service I stay in this hotel 4 nights call room service only 3 times but they still messed up the order twice. Even I said I got allergy but the room service didn’t seem like they care. Other than that is all good. But their restaurant is delicious highly recommend French and Italian restaurant."

"Overall, we had a great vacation but there were some issues. For example, some of the rooms had a moldy smell though they were very willing to try to remedy the situation quickly. It's just due to the high humidity but my husband has lung issues so the smell was concerning until we got moved to a new room. Our room was clean but the faucet handles were broken on a few of the taps. This is something that we were surprised housekeeping hadn't reported so that it coukd have been fixed before we occupied the room. If you are gluten intolerant, there is virtually nothing to eat between 3-5 pm. This was a frustration as 2 of the 8 in our group couldn't have gluten. It would also have been nice if menu items had better descriptions to help avoid gluten and alcohol in food. One of the desserts had alcohol in it and we had someone who is sober but didnt realize that it has a liqueur in it. Aside from this, the buttlers were very helpful and always checking to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay the best. Unfortunately there were some other staff that were a little rude but we tried to give them grace. The grounds are beautiful including the pools and beach. The food was quite good too especially the French and Italian restaurant."
