"Really can’t fault this hotel. There were about 10 different restaurants and all delicious. My favourites were the Argentina steakhouse, Teppanyaki and Indian. The staff are super polite and attentive. The pool is so warm it’s like a bath. The cocktails are to die for. Very few menus but the staff can make absolutely anything we asked for without batting an eyelid. True professionals. Our butler, Christopher, was wonderful and attended to all our needs, kept our mini bar stocked each day and dealt with all our restaurant bookings. The only slight negative was the spa prices. Absolutely ridiculous at $250-350 USD. There are constant people walking round the pool offering to discount it but even at 50% discount it’s still expensive. Note, if you get a £10 uber into Cancun a massage costs $55 for 50 mins and you get a free facial too!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and there are great pools, a lovely beach, and excellent dining options. What really stood out was the outstanding service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Sandy and Juan Carlos, our concierges, were especially helpful, taking care of all our restaurant reservations and arranging activities outside the hotel. My younger son also loved the bubble baths they prepared for him as a courtesy. It was such a thoughtful touch! A fantastic place to relax and enjoy a memorable vacation. We would definitely come back! 🌴☀️"

"Amazing property and staff. One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. When booking on the Club side of the resort do not get confused when they say that your room comes with a butler...they are not butlers like you might think. Many people probably think about Downton Abbey or The Fresh Prince of Bel Aire. They are just customer service employees assigned to you. They do not do anything like a butler would do. They just check to see if your trip is going good. The resort should change the title of the position to personal customer service representative. The title butler puts a thought into your mind that is not near fulfilled."
