"Overall a nice resort. Beach was a bit dirty (seaweed) but the pools were great. Most of the food was pretty good, although some of the restaurants were better than others. Staff was great during this trip, very friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate as most staff were able to speak English well."

The staff is wonderful, the dining options are great, the sushi bar is incredible, the ocean view is beautiful, and we had no trouble getting Palapas with plenty of shade with chairs on the beach; totally included for no extra charge. The drinks are yummy, loved that Corona was on draft! Again, the staff is just incredible and make the stay truly so enjoyable. Will always stay here on our trips to Cancun! "

"The hotel is still brand new so there is certain sections that were not completed but it was not an issue. It still a beautiful place. Favorite parts was the rooftop pool and bar as well as the spa. The bartenders were amazing and friendly. The ladies at the spa were great as well"

"Izla Beach Front Hotel is by far one of the great hotels in that area of the island. The property was well maintained, if anyone plans to reserve a room make sure you add the daily breakfast option, food was delicious! I can't say enough about this hotel and Claudia who serves the pool area, she was AMAZING!!! She knew everyone by name and was very attentive to all the guests at the pool.
