"Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids. This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean. However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. Also, this resort has many private events with noisy music over 10:30pm. This resort has many pools, but they are bit small. If you want to enjoy swimming in the pool, it will be a disappointing. Even I am a gold member, no room upgrades was little disappointing to me, but I already reserved top notch room, it was understandable. Overall, very good resort for family."

We went as a family of four with our two seven year olds. They had activities at the kids club everyday and was a highlight of the kids experience. Great balance between kids activities and adults."

Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation, Alberto made every poolside moment feel special and fun. We also have to recognize Orlando at the Kitchen Table restaurant. His attention to detail and genuine kindness elevated every meal we had there. Orlando went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—offering great recommendations, making sure we were taken care of, and creating such a warm, inviting dining experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds, great food, and plenty to do—but it’s people like Alberto and Orlando who truly set it apart.
