The service at Garza Blanca is exceptional. Alex and Leonardo provided some of the best service at the resort; beyond exceptional. This resort is arguably the best in Cancún, definitely recommend staying here!

Garza Blanca is everything you would hope for in a hotel resort! I highly recommend staying there. My only complaint is that the beach is not the best. The sand is white and beautiful, but the ocean has a lot of seaweed and is rocky.

We’re really enjoying Garza Blanca because of how welcoming the are. Daniela the Chief concierge was very sweet & loving, she make us feel so special, we can’t say enough about her ❤️ Food option was phenomenal specially the Japanese and Chinese restaurant. Lovely atmosphere very relaxing. Can’t wait to visit this amazing place again.
