"The hotel is beautiful. The pictures did there job. Everyone was so friendly and sincere. My butler Misa was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring a bubbly, you never saw him without a smile. Me and my guest was celebrating our birthdays and he surprised in so many way from cabana decor, room decorations, and during our restaurant reservations. We were so lucky to have him. Thank you for an amazing 40th birthday trip!"

"Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement. The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing. The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. I honestly never managed to order a drink there. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, rarely made eye contact, and often didn’t acknowledge guests waiting at the bar. Even after standing there for quite a while, I was never able to place an order. The drinks I had elsewhere at the resort were also below average. Another downside was that you cannot order food while at the pool. Every time my kids wanted lunch, I had to walk over to Tides, order food to go, and carry the plates all the way back to the pool myself. I never imagined I’d be delivering lunch to my kids at an all-inclusive resort. It completely took away from the poolside experience and felt like a major inconvenience. Most of the restaurants were only open on alternating days, and reservations were not accepted (except for the hibachi restaurant). As a result, expect to wait around an hour for dinner during peak times. The hibachi restaurant technically takes reservations, but they open at 1:00 PM and are usually fully booked within a minute. If you want a reservation, be prepared to refresh the app and count down from 12:59 PM. Otherwise, you will most like"

"Property was amazing. Good food, excellent hospitality given by all staff; bellboys, frontdesk, maintenance crew & housekeeping. The nightly shows were awesome and very entertaining. Drinks were well prepared everything from a lemondrop to a mojito to a blue long island. The Grill was a great choice, Oregano was great as well. Pools were a great temperature, beach was clean a beautiful. Sadly NO HAMMOCKS but I’m sure eventually they’ll add them. Perfect getaway for couples of all ages."

"The property has some obvious places where it was a rush finish, however none of these flaws impacted our stay at all. Service was excellent in most of the resort. Pools were clean and chairs/beds by beach and pool were available throughout the day. Beach clean up was constant and well done. Food was good all around. Housekeeping was excellent. Drink service was great and we enjoyed the creativity of many bartenders in concocting unique drinks upon request. Overall a fantastic stay and we will plan on returning again. I wanted to mention specific staff that were amazing but this site won’t let me. Piano Bar, Seaside, adult pool all had great service!"
