"The room was lovely and spacious. There was no view outbof the window as the hotel is being extended. The staff were helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as they could. Helen and Chloe were particularly good and always made us feel welcome. "

"Even though this was only an overnight stay before travelling to a cottage in Keswick, it turned out to be our favourite place visited in a long time. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the main road only 4 minutes away from the town centre, and 15 minutes walk to Bowness.
