"Great pub , nice food , brilliant ambiance. Our room was small but very comfortable and functional also finished to a high standard - tea /coffee making facilities were great ! "

"Cosy, comfortable and well-equipped cottage. Great location and walks on your door step.Only negative would be all the cupboards were full so nowhere to put your shopping/food unless you moved things to make space, and would benefit from some new chopping knives. Specs of rust and blunt.Would recommend and would stay again."

"Property was everything we needed and more.Lovely welcome pack waiting for us in Cottage.Superbly decorated with feature wallpaper in most rooms. The brand new log burner was an added bonus. Very Comfy bed.Local facilities are plentiful , We can highly recommend the “Green Dragon Pub” in Hardraw and “The White Hart” a 2min walk from Cottage."

"Spotlessly clean room, staff very friendly and willing to help - recognised I need to use 2 sticks & immediately helped me with luggage. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast next door at Cocketts. Good banter at bar with landlord first evening. Slight downsides - old furniture, poorly fitting drawers, no wardrobe (though I didn't need one)"
