"Comfortable stay at The Board Inn which is ideally situated in the centre of Hawes. The breakfast was served in a building next door and the lady who was on duty was very helpful, breakfast came quickly and was excellent"

"Picture postcard hotel. We had a garden room which was tastefully decorated and being able to sit in our own conservatory was great but the hotel had a bar and snug which were also lovely spaces. Beautiful garden with stunning views over to Hawes and it was just so peaceful to sit out there. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast and we also had dinner in the hotel and this was beautifully presented and delicious."

"A lovely property, ideally situated for exploring around the area and beyond. An easy little walk into Hawes when you fancy a break from driving or would like a few drinks.Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need if you are preparing a meal. Comfortable beds and a good amount of room for a family. We even had the sheep run past yesterday morning which was a lovely addition!"

"We very much enjoyed our first stay at Dale View Cottage. The Cottage was very relaxing and enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area, listening to the calming sound of the beck and the peace that flows through it.Perfect Wardrobe space for clothes storage, beds were comfortable and gave us a goodnights sleep, central heating is great if you are feeling a bit cold and also if needed is a log burner fire and the parking has sufficient space for your car.Its in a perfect location to explore around Hawes and beyond, such as Richmond, Grassington, Kilnsey Crag, Skipton.In Hawes, for breakfast Pennygarth Cafe is brilliant and for dinner or tea, The Hawes Chippy is perfect and The Sweetshop has a brilliant variation when you fancy a treat.We had such a wonderful and relaxing time, in what is fondly known as Gods own Country. We shall be returning next year."
