"The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress should have been changed some time ago. There was a big sag in the mattress. I expected a lot more from the hotel given the high cost of the room. One of the employees acted as if we were trespassing and followed us around...not sure why. The woman who checked us in at the front reception was excellent - which is why the hotel rating is not lower."

The bathroom was however really disappointing, the curtain around the shower didn’t keep the water in, and 2/3rds of the bathroom ended up wet after showering. Standing water across the bathroom floor which didn’t drain away so ended up standing in water to use the toilet for the rest of the night. "
