"If looking for a small and quiet hotel, this is it! Everyone at Mereva is on a mission to make your stay wonderful. From the moment you set foot in this Hotel you will get the best service! "The parking is right in front of the hotel, the pool is bigger than it looks and very nice and clean, the beach was calm and there are many seating options including hammocks on a beautiful dock, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large bathrooms, water bottles were free, complimentary breakfast was excellent and you could order from many choices (hot food), plus staff were helpful and friendly. Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal - All Inclusive

"We had a great stay. Everything was fantastic, staff was excellent, a ton of dining options. The only comments I have is that I wish they allowed people to sign out bicycles, more than just the guided tour they give. Also, it was difficult to get into some restaurants becuase they were booked, but each restaurant we went to had a lot of open tables, so they could easily accommodate more people on an hour than what they allow. Also, half of the shows they charged additional, and at an all inclusive resort they should be included. But otherwise we loved it and would definitely go back. "
