"Nice stay but restaurant staff was very dismissive and valet staff was borderline rude. Love staying here for location and relative value. Also the hotel staff has always been great. My daughter lives here and brought me to check in. Even though we said we’d be right out, and we were, the valet threatened us with the valet charge if we took too long. Went up to the bar to order breakfast since room service had an extended wait and we had to keep asking for help. The gal who took my order was too busy arguing with another gal. Love the hotel and staff but the other components need to get a refresher on customer service. "

"At first we were hesitant to stay here seeing all the review comments about the place. But despite that we decided not to listen to all those reviews and see for ourselves, and everything was excellent and fast service. Staff was so polite. The room was big and it was all affordable in a nice little area. No traffic, no nothing and only 25 minutes from universal studios. We will definitely be returning multiple times."

"I arrived too early for check-in but the super friendly and welcoming desk clerk registered me and gave me a key to the Business Center which had a bathroom. They turned on the air-conditioning for me. The bed is my room was perfrct. Its a large Best Western with a pool, a huge parking lot and many rooms all of which the staff of many keeps very clean. I would stay here again. "

"Really nice hotel overall and very good value. Two things to note: 1. Their valet parking is basically required because there’s no easy parking near the hotel. It’s $40 a day. 2. The room can be quite noisy due to it sitting right above the highway. Our room is on the highway side so it’s really loud. Try asking for a room on the other side if you can. The breakfast is very good and overall an excellent hotel. "

"Worth spending the extra money, than the Sheraton. Family friendly and convenient if you have little kiddos like I do. Definitely Would stay here again in the future when going to Universal Studio/Hollywood tourist spots."
