"They hire nice people here. Check in is consistently efficient and pleasant. The place needs some cosmetic issues addressed; the duct-taped ice machine is comical, but should be addressed. Room is good, clean and spacious. It took a minute and some playing around to get the air conditioner to decide to work. Bed very comfortable. Paying high amount for parking is ridiculous for location. It's an older place but still working and decent. Location and value is great for Simi Valley stay."

"The internet connection didn’t work well in my room, so I had no access to streaming services. I was never able to get the heating to work properly, either. The coffee in the lobby was very good"

"We booked three rooms. One room was infested with bed bugs!!! The swimming pool hours were too restrictive (didn't open until 10:00 a.m.). Saturday morning there was no milk available at breakfast. Our granddaughter ate dry cereal. The staff members were aware that they were out of milk. We were disappointed that they were still out of milk on Sunday morning."

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."
