Brilliant stay, the room was clean, tidy and provided with a coffee machine, safe and all the bits you could want for a comfortable stay. The shower was amazing. The balcony and view was a great addition, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again

I was very pleased with the overall hotel experience. The staff made sure I felt at home, and fulfilled my requests as best as they could with great promptitude. The location is prime and the Ocean View really compliments that.

We stayed for four days and it was more than satisfactory. They have a convenient shop next door to buy water bottles for $1. We often went to the front desk for items and they were very amenable to all of our requests like extra towels, coffee, etc. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was convenient to the beach and tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Recommend booking a room with the ocean/ Santa Monica Pier in sight. The rooms are not stellar but they’re a place to sleep. Beds and decor could be updated but the shower actually had hot water on demand. Staff and services were great. Location and walking distances with ride services; car, electric scooters/ bikes was peak. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

During our stay, it started to rain so I asked the front desk where I could buy an 🌂 and she kindly responded, " we provide them for our guest", and pointed at the 🌂 that were by the front door for guest to use. The entire staff that I got to interact with was super helpful and nice. The beach is just a short walk away. Love the ballet parking 😍

Great hotel, perfect location.. walking distance to everything you need to see. Only critiques would be the balconies are only 3ft deep and about 6ft wide , max of 2/3 people fit and the king mattresses are FIRM ! almost impossible to side sleep. But rooms are new and modern , nespresso coffee machine is a great addition! Parking is very is expensive at hotels $62 a night.

Great location, right beside water. Room is clean and big. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, Heidi helped us check in early. Also My husband’s sunglasses had issues, Porscha helped to fix his glasses, save his day! Thank you! The only thing is that some homeless people around this area, sometimes make people uncomfortable.
