"Nice stay but restaurant staff was very dismissive and valet staff was borderline rude. Love staying here for location and relative value. Also the hotel staff has always been great. My daughter lives here and brought me to check in. Even though we said we’d be right out, and we were, the valet threatened us with the valet charge if we took too long. Went up to the bar to order breakfast since room service had an extended wait and we had to keep asking for help. The gal who took my order was too busy arguing with another gal. Love the hotel and staff but the other components need to get a refresher on customer service. "

"Really nice hotel overall and very good value. Two things to note: 1. Their valet parking is basically required because there’s no easy parking near the hotel. It’s $40 a day. 2. The room can be quite noisy due to it sitting right above the highway. Our room is on the highway side so it’s really loud. Try asking for a room on the other side if you can. The breakfast is very good and overall an excellent hotel. "

"Worth spending the extra money, than the Sheraton. Family friendly and convenient if you have little kiddos like I do. Definitely Would stay here again in the future when going to Universal Studio/Hollywood tourist spots."
