A few minutes walk from Westwood. Restaurant downstairs is good and open late. It was a bit of a walk from UCLA (where I needed to go) but you can walk through the quiet and beautiful neighborhood so I didn’t mind.

Front desk Is overwhelmed at every hour. Operations team needs to figure this out and hire more people and have guest services person who can help w items beyond check in. Appreciated high floor request but it’s noisy facing wilshire and wish that request had been honored.

The hotel itself is great just the valet is terrible , he made us take our bags out put it on the cart and take it upstairs ourselves and then never came for the cart it stayed there all night when we woke up the next morning it was still there!! RIDICULOUS!! When we got there didn’t feel welcomed at all by him I didn’t catch his name but he was there in the afternoon, the worst part is that he “couldn’t “ help us but when other guest got there he helped them! Wow just wow !! Please do better ..
