"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

"this was a very large and comfortable room the dressing and bathroom area were amazing great lighting and space we were attending a wedding. All was very clean and private with the separate bungalows. However the rooms did not have in room phones so it was not easy to communicate with the front office. "

The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest."

The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. "Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

"My group and I were looking for a place to accommodate 22 people which can be quite hard to do. We spoke with Joe about the extra guests we would have and he was super accommodating about it! Noting also that this place is HUGE. With a group our size, there were plenty of extra beds that could be set up! The amenities were even bigger in person! The pool was huge and although my group rented this home for Coachella music festival weekend, no one wanted to get ready because we wanted to stay in...

"The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. The Nespresso machine came stocked with tons of pods and added to the luxury feel. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re out that way. Thank you Nicole!"

"The location and amenities were great. There were a few things that didn’t work. We had to replace the tank on the gas grill. It still didn’t work well. The patio heater did not work. The pool waterfall wasn’t working. But the patio and outside fireplace were great. Only 10-15 minutes to the park. Overall we really enjoyed it."

The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. "From the moment we pulled in, we were in awe. The property is private and gorgeous. There are ocean views from everywhere- the yard, the decks, the hottub, many rooms in the house. The back trail to the beach is super convenient. We walked into town along the main road which is a little uncomfortable but not bad. The Dipsea trail is so close that we went for a nice hike without even intending to. Stinson is a special place and this property elevates the magic in an big way."
