We enjoyed the nice and friendly staff and the convenient location for our trip. The room was clean and worked well for us. The room seemed very quiet but eventually found that the walls were a little on the thin side when our neighbors finally arrived at night. Regardless, we had a good stay.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 young adult kids. The hotel is very close to Santa Monica and Venice, the beds are very comfortable, great pillows, clean rooms, clean bathroom. The only thing is the hallways have a strong smell, not sure if is the cleaning product they use, but only on the hallways, the rooms are perfect! Would stay again.

Stephen was very friendly and helpful in giving us local insight on things to do in and around Santa Cruz. Our initial reservation was only for 2 nights, but we extended our stay for 4 nights, and we loved the location and courteous, knowledgeable staff that we met. Even the security guard helped answer our questions!!
