"Clean room. Reception could be more welcoming I wasn’t happy to have $30 extra charge because I had a horse trailer. There CD was B lots of parking!"

"This is my second time staying there. The rooms are very outdated. The bedding and towels were not comfortable and the pillows were not even full size and were like sleeping on a brick. Very disappointed."

"Staff was nice, toilet was backed up the whole time so we had to constantly plunge it, I asked for maintenance to come & plunge it & front desk said that no one was available & I can come & grab a plunger. Shower bar was falling off the wall so the shower curtain kept sliding down a & the fridge didn’t hold temp. I don’t recommend this hotel."

"The internet connection didn’t work well in my room, so I had no access to streaming services. I was never able to get the heating to work properly, either. The coffee in the lobby was very good"

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

Easy to reach out to, great with getting back to you and making sure things are right, and he will show up for you if you have a concern or confusion about a situation with the property. If available when I need to be in the area again, I’m definitely staying here again. Not even a question. "

"In town to visit family and this was a great location. Near grocery and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We were able to sit in the backyard and enjoy the sunshine, though it was too chilly to swim. "
