"Room was clean, the woman at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for its intended use. Room was a bit cramped but the bathroom was nice and large. Thank you!"

"When we checked in, we were advised that cleaning service is every other day. We appreciated the notice, especially with two little kids that contribute to more of the mess, but we were disappointed that no one came to clean our room during our entire stay. We checked in on Tuesday afternoon and left Saturday morning. We contacted the front desk Thursday evening when we realized no one came to clean our room that day, and we weren’t given any real explanation. We specifically requested that somebody come clean the room on Friday, and although we were told someone would clean it, nobody came. We did appreciate that they brought extra towels when we requested them, and we also really appreciated that the pack and play was already in the room when we checked in."

"staff and room were clean. Bed comfy. I wish they would not take room refrigerator off power AND turn off the power internally. My food was ruined because I heard it turn on so thought it was all good but it was almost off on the internal dial so ...yeah. I don't think you need to do both shutoffs."

"No telltale is actually pretty nice to stay at. The main thing that I liked about it was the 24-hour gym access. That was directly across from the pool which was pretty cool and different from others. The main thing about the property that I like was the breakfast Hall. It was towards the back of the hotel. It had its own Hall so you forgot that you were actually at a hotel sometimes or majority of the time it felt like you were at an actual restaurant but a buffet. Just about every table along the walls had its own individual 24-in screen TV I want to say which was actually cool to sit down and to breakfast and be able to watch the news or whatever we felt like.. it was like a breakfast lounge all in its own. It was different from the other hotels I've been to. Because they usually serve breakfast. In or next to the front and desk or up front somewhere near the office. And they also had so much to choose from."

"I was not happy with the inside of the building in general, the outside looks better than inside. Inside is old, dark and rather old. I don't feel 'safe' for some strange reason.There was smells of marijuana, barking dogs (I know you can bring your own pet; and I did not know this). TV was old, pictures on website appear brighter. "

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

Easy to reach out to, great with getting back to you and making sure things are right, and he will show up for you if you have a concern or confusion about a situation with the property. If available when I need to be in the area again, I’m definitely staying here again. Not even a question. "

"In town to visit family and this was a great location. Near grocery and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We were able to sit in the backyard and enjoy the sunshine, though it was too chilly to swim. "
