"The hotel provides great value for the cost. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff are friendly and at night the front gate is locked, with a security guard watching it. It is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and to many great restaurants, yet it is far enough away from the clubs that it is quiet at night. My only criticism is that the water temperature is inconsistent (if you can get hot water, it takes a few minutes to come through the taps) and that the listing...

"This is not a 2.5 stars hotel, and it is not even a hostel. This is a room in an old resident building. The neighbours do not even know that room is a 'hotel room'. There is no any reception, you have to call (or email) the owner so that he would show up and give you the key. The free parking is just parking on street! Stay away this one if you are looking for a hostel/hotel! "
