"The property was central to many things, and restaurants, laundry services, convenience stores were all within a block or so. There was a nearby club so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. The hot water takes a long time but that's not an issue if you do cold showers to wake up. Overall good value if you value location over other factors."
