"The Resort was amazing super fun and clean, definitely did not feel uncomfortable at any point. Staff made sure everyone followed the rules and kept everyone in line. The front desk staff juan and kenia where very helpful. The pool side bartenders were great liquor was strong, Gio was a great drink guy took great care of us. Our breakfast server was amazing. Entertainment at the pools was fire and very much enjoyable. night time entertainment was very good and sexy Food was good at all the dining locations breakfast was mid not my favorite, but the lunches and dinners made up for it. "

"We didn't get the VIP amenity. Our room was super damp, smelled like mildew and the air conditioner flooded our floor two nights in a row. Also, All inclusive deals with other resorts i have been to always include dining access to all restaurants and bars on that property and even surrounding properties if owned by the same company. At Bahia Principe, the restaurants were reservation only and we were only allowed 2 reservations or of our 5 night stay and access to the other Bahia Principe properties had to be purchased at $20/ day for the remainder of your stay. Very disappointing. "

"This was our first time at an all inclusive with our boys, age 9 and 11. The experience could not have gone better. There were a lot of activities, pool was awesome, service staff was outstanding. We loved the nightly entertainment, and the food was great. Cornelio at Los Caporales went out of his way to make us a special dessert on our last night. Negatives- beach had a lot of seaweed, though they tried to keep it clean. We loved the pool, so this did not affect us. Also, the sales pitch at the beginning to look at another part of the resort went on too long- we had to say "no" too many times, the guy was pushy and didn't let it go. But, other than that, an absolutely perfect trip. Will definitely be back!"

"Dont go by less number of reviews on Google Hokton jist took over the property year and a half ago and it has excellent customer service, buffet is really nice and wide spread and lots of fun activities for kods of each group .our toddler enjoyed the water ppol and other kids activities. Perfect for family with kids."

"The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I LOVED being in the family section, my kids had a blast. Seeing all the animals while walking around was fun."
