This is such a gem. The cost is so low that it is misleading. Quaint, clean and friendly staff. Area is real local and everyone was super friendly. Felt safe and welcomed. Many food vendors and restaurants on the street. 3 blocks to 5th Ave. Perfect Distance from the noise of 5th. Will recommend to friends.

El hotel es muy bonito, la locación es perfecta, muy cerca de los lugares principales de playa de Carmen, muchos lugares cerca para comer alrededor y hay bicicletas de alquiler justo al frente del hotel. Siempre nos dejaron la habitación muy limpia, el personal es sumamente amable

We stayed one night at the Hotel Casa Del Flores. It was quiet and peaceful for it being so close to the 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. Everything is within 2 blocks of walking including the ADO bus stop and the ferry to Cozumel. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is well maintained and clean. There is a cute swimming pool and the decor is done in Mexican style. Rooms are spacious and we felt beds were comfortable and AC was cool. Although there was a short power outage during our stay, the staff were on it immediately trying to fix it. We will recommend this hotel to folks who want a quiet stay with family but close to everything within a budget.
