"I stayed here with my teenage daughter in July. We loved the rooms! They were small, most definitely, but we weren't looking for spacious rooms, just affordable, safe, clean, and cute. Our stay here checked each of those boxes. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great, walking distance to Paddington train/tube station and is surrounded by different dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with good A/C just that a little dirt on the duvet and in bathroom; shower can be a bit stronger. "

"Just returned today and enjoyed our stay, host was very helpful on reception nothing was too much trouble. Welcome drink offer and breakfast included are great touches. Climate control in the room was appreciated in this weather! Small niggle at breakfast having a poster up saying eggs how you like it just asked and the 3 ladies working there said no they can’t make any eggs how you like it’s just the fried eggs that were out and these were cold. Other than that it’s a perfect location and we slept great and would go back again thank you "

"I liked the property firstly because of central location. There good restaurants, supermarkets around the hotel. Also there is great public transport, trains, underground and buses. The hotel also provided lovely breakfast. Our room was clean, available on time and staff was brilliant. This was a second booking with them. Will definitely book if staying in Paddington "

"Close to Kensington Gardens and near to Queensway but the hotel is in a quiet area. Staff and hotel are great, can't fault it."

"I stay here when I come into London it is very convenient to everything and I manage to find little restaurants located nearby for a quick dinner incase too many times at the hotel. I do not recommend you stay in the Tower. I was upgraded this time and I didn't realize I had stay in that part before and it is miserable to get to , so no on that but everything is perfect.. Stay in original part of hotel so much better....I will be back..."
