Great staff at reception, easy checking in and out. Housekeeping was always thorough on the 7 nights that I stayed. The breakfast has a terrific assortment, nice cold meats and cheese, variety of cereals and the hot bar was always kept fresh and stock. The room and the facilities were utilitarian rather than luxurious. But the staff was very friendly, the room clean, the location was great, you had the free breakfasts when you wanted it and there is plenty to see and do within walking distance.

Room above the bar was a bit noisy to try and sleep. The pull out bed in living room was not comfortable, mattress was extremely hard. The bathroom was very small too. Great breakfast in the mornings, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice lounge area with complimentary coffee,tea, and water. Luggage storage available, which was handy. Beautiful area to walk and close to Paddington Station.

The room was tiny, but I expected that. I had no idea. They could have a shower, toilet and sink in such a small space. The shower feels like a phone booth. Room was clean, but in bad condition, with Russ and rotted wood on the bathroom door exposed acoustics were not good and check in took a while because they were understaffed and they had perishable deliveries stacked up in front of the check-in desk. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
