"Almost perfect. Room was very small but highly functional. It would be tough as a couple but comfortable for solo traveler. A little noise and vibration from the subway beneath for the downstairs room. The area on a Saturday night was busy and a little rough. I wouldn’t want to have my wife with me as she would have felt uncomfortable but close to the station and worked really well. Note, The AirPort Express does not tun on the schedule on the Heathrow website so don’t expect it before 7.40am on a Sunday"

"Excellent location right in heart of Covent garden. Close to many theatres and 10 min walk to tube station to get around. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for your London stay."

"It is a very busy hotel and they checked us in right away and gave me a free upgrade. I had reserved a twin room but they gave us a large bed which wasn't what I had wanted. But we made it work. The room was large, clean, and there was plenty of tea bags. This may be more of a complaint about hotel room design but I wish nice hotels would stop trying to get interesting with bathroom doors. The frosted glass door is amusing but the slight gap at the bottom sure makes using the toilet feel less than private. Why??? I would say using the lifts is a bit too high tech. I feel like tech bros got involved and not anyone familiar with customer service. Other than that, a lovely stay near a tube station. "

"This apartment was huge for the London area. Very nice area. Fun but quiet. Good access to shops. "

"Experience was great. The only thing I had a problem with was unable to control the volume on the television after 9 PM. And the Wi-Fi dropped off at 5 AM. Also, the shower was weird. Didn’t have a divider, which then got water all over the bathroom."

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY, WONDERFUL LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS, PUBS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND PADDINGTON STATION LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK .MUSEUMS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE ALSO NEARBY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC, HALI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CANT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN LONDON ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"The beautiful Hyde park is directly across the street. The park is fun for kids, dogs and adults. There is also a lake in Hyde Park that rents row boats and paddle boats. We rented an Automatic paddle boat so that we could sit back and enjoy the gorgeous nature and watch the swans, ducks, horses and dogs from the middle of the lake. Breathtaking. "
