Amazing stay, room was clean, breakfast was great, afternoon by the champagne bar was wonderful, would stay again! The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The staff at the winter garden can be rather aloof but the waiters are excellent. The rooms are furnished and highly comfortable. Alas the champagne bar was closed. Shout out to the sommelier at the mirror bar, who is an expert in his craft.
We had a wonderful stay at The Landmark London! From the moment we went to reception, the service was impeccable. Our room was spotless and spacious. Housekeeping was phenomenal. We slept so well and felt so relaxed on our girls getaway!!!
I have never been to a hotel with better service. The staff are kind and highly organized. I was very impressed with everyone from the bellman to the front desk. They are accommodating and thoughtful. The room was also in perfect condition with a beautiful view of the atrium. Room service was wonderful and the location was perfect. The bed was firm and pillows were a bit too firm for me but thats personal preference. Loved this hotel and would stay again!
As ever an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room was particularly big and luxurious with a comfy bed and large bathroom. Small gripe about not having available/accessible plugs bedside for chargers etc.
Restaurant excellent as always, pool not available due to renovation work but looking forward to seeing it reopened on future visits. Staff as usual were attentive and friendly
This was my second visit. The room, like before, was nice and clean. I got a great rate on an executive room, much appreciated.
All I would say is that the rooms on level one do look out directly onto customers drinking in the palm court, so privacy is a problem on that floor.
Other than that, it was a very nice stay!
Everything including service was great, it was jusy that the rooms seem a little dated for the price, also there were hardly any sockets in the room which was a little annoying.
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, the choice,quality and service outstanding!

I’m a regular at the Landmark but this is the first time I had a room upgrade. The suite was very impressive so I enjoyed my stay even more than usual. Dinner in the winter garden never disappoints either. Great staff, great hotel, will be back again soon!
