"While the rooms are very small they are extremely clean. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Paddington station is right around the corner for easy transportation. If I ever come back to London I'd stay here again. Just a word of caution... No AC or elevators. The staff helped us with our bags without even being asked. "

"The Caesar Hotel is a great place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights before joining a tour group at a hotel on the Strand. The neighborhood for the Caesar was nice, quiet and convenient. The hotel is close to Paddington and Bayswater stations, and closed to Kensington Palace. The breakfast is amazing, with a great selection. I had a small issue with my room, and the staff did everything they could to offer options for me. I will choose this hotel again if I return to London."

"A great stay, fantastic location on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Ate in the hotel and the food was good value. All in all would definitely return next time we go to London. "
