"This was a one night stay. A bit over priced at 170 for a basic, small room. Adequate if just breaking a journey."

"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"My room 101 was recently renovated ,but it was small . They are doing renovations and the scaffolding is still on the outside of the building, but is now been taking down after 4 months . The breakfast was full English breakfast at a cost of £11.95. The staff was exceptional. Would stay there again."

"We stayed here last night and will definitely return to this Best Western. Ian at the reception is extremely customer focused and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely room and when we asked for ice we were given it straight away. The location is excellent for both getting to and from Wembley stadium and into the city. It’s one stop on the Lioness line to Euston. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants on the nearby High Street. Thank you Ian for making our stay so comfortable....

"Really decent for the money Bit dated"

"I had a quick overnight stay at this property where I checked in at 8pm and out at 8.30am the following day. The room was small, which was expected, but spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was good and the air conditioning effective. I was disturbed on a number of occasions during the night with people talking and doors closing, but that's possibly because I was located so close to reception. I'd consider staying again if the price was right, but ask to be located further away from reception."
