Be ready to walk up stairs, but otherwise this was a very good hotel. Also close to a train station which made getting around very easy. Staff very friendly.
This small hotel is great! It is true that you can hear and feel the underground shakes from the subway but, for me it wasn’t a problem! Bedroom is nice, comfortable, warm and clean! Bathroom is also clean. Definitely would stay here again
The Belvedere hotel was conveniently located to transportation and an easy walk to sights. There was not a lift, so it was not as accessible for people with mobility issues.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay near Paddington. It fit the bill. No frills, no elevator, spartan room, but clean and convenient.
Best location ever. 5 min walk from Paddington station to ride tube or train. Paddington is an amazing little neighborhood with great food, great pubs and stores right around the corner. If definitely stay again. Lots of stairs to rooms fyi
The front office staff were exceptionally good. They were very helpful and kind. They carried my luggage, which were quite heavy, up the stairs and down the stairs for me and did it with a smile on their face. It is a tiny little property but very nice. The location was excellent for public transportation and there were many different shops and places to eat.

Hotel was perfect for location staff friendly. Not much sleep due to underground trains.apart from that fine.
This is NOT a hotel but more a rooming house
Specifically requested not to be on top floor as 70 steps and no elevator and had to fight to get relocated to a very small room in basement with no a/C or fan or fridge or phone so no wake up if you wanted one. Avoid Room 1 as you hear subway until they stop.
Yeah I get location is handy but, really, this place is over priced for what it is and to call it a hotel is a little misleading. Try A1 a block up on Praed
Staff was accomodating and friendly. As for the property, extremely cramped. Tiny rooms. Not suitable for guests with large luggage especially when there are no lifts available. Not suitable for elderly travellers with luggage’s
Hotel was clean, and convenient to the train station. You are close enough to hear the trains coming and going, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The staff wee
Nice little hotel. Very convenient as it is close to Paddington Stations. We had a room on the top floor and there are a lot of stairs. The room was not huge, but nicely done. Ditto for the bathroom. The shower was pretty small but serviceable. No air conditioning, but a fan provided a little respite when it got warmer.

My room was ground floor which I appreciated, but there was no TV reception and the shower basin nearly overflowed .
