"Amazing experience. The grounds were so lush and beautiful. The restaurant was also great- fairly priced and quick. Drinks were soooo delicious. Also overlooks the lush trees and even saw monkeys from here!!
Another highlight is the staff. Specifically Kenneth in the bar and Isaac at the restaurant. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.
This is less of a resort feel and more mountain cabin, but still has really great perks like the jacuzzi - we went in every night. Amazing spot!"

I do not like the costume service of Jeidy Porras I think he is the owner’s son, when we requested additional towel and blanket he was not nice and complaint too much about our request.
He needs more costumer service training.

"We would highly recommend Villa Maria!The house was in a fantastic location, we could easily walk to town, sodas, restaurants and El Salto. It was clean and we felt very safe. The birds were amazing and the views of Arenal when the clouds are away is just unreal. The communication of the property manger was fantastic. They also helped set up transportation and an excursion. They were fast to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for your trip to La Fortuna. We were 6 adults with 7 teens."
"What an incredible stay for my family and I in La Fortuna. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC's in the room were cold. The house host was very kind and available for anything we needed. The pool area was clean and we spent every night lounging around enjoying the sounds of nature. We had 5 people and had more than enough room. One of the best VRBO's I've stayed in. I have zero complaints. The remote gate to enter definitely made if feel completely safe. Close enough to town you could walk, but we never did. (Not great sidewalks and could be dangerous, because of vehicles, not the area)"
