"Very disappointing stay. This hotel charges five star prices but delivers a three star experience at best. The property is old and poorly maintained, and the staff were consistently rude and dismissive whenever we needed help. Our room key stopped working two days in a row, and the front desk acted as if it was no big deal. At checkout, another guest had the exact same issue, and the staff simply laughed it off. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The cold cuts appeared spoiled, there were bugs...

Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. "My family of 5 enjoyed our 5 night stay here very much. The pools were nice to soak in after a day of hiking, ranging from 80.6 degrees to around 105 I think. "Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the swim up bars. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have an adults only area. Even though there is a kids pool, we found that older kids would often come up to the areas of the swim up bars. A place to enjoy a drink and relax without the presence of loud teens would be nice.
