"Such a cute rustic place , away from tourist noise. Lots of greens around to please both the eyes and the soul. Breakfast option is on point , you cannot go wrong with typical breakfast ! Sip your coffee in the cute breakfast area and you’re set for the day. Very clean cabana and very kind staff! Thank you for the great stay! "

"They put a lot of money in making the resort presentable (plants, landscaping, pool, jacuzzi), but the room lacks basic necessities - NO PLACE to hang clothes. Because La Fortuna rains so often, you definitely will need to hang your stuff to dry, and there wasn't even a hanger or a closet. We finally had to ask for 2 lawn chairs. Water service also stopped with no warning at least 3 times (though each time didn't last too long) during the short stay (3 days) we had there. "

"Pros-Location is good and the outside and inside appearance of the house is good. Cons-There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We had an issue with an ant colony in the house that we had to take care of (purchase ant spray and ant traps). The kitchen drain needs attention as it drains into the cabinet. The warm water is very intermittent in the showers. "

"Room had no hot water. Staff came to fix it and walked all over our room with muddy shoes. Fixing it took a long time. In the morning we went to shower and once again no hot water. What a disappointing experience "

"I had everything I needed in a very nice, well kept setting. You need to bring your own coffee but you a have a coffee maker. The setting is very nice with a water stream in the backyard. My room looked at the water stream which was very nice. Communication was great. The price is reasonable and I felt it was a good quality/price report. Would stay here again! "
