"The room was very nice with great view even though the volcano was cloudy. The spa and pool areas were great, especially the jacuzzi area where our family were able to relax in a more secluded area. The staff was great from reception to the restaurant. Breakfast was really good and service was top!! "

"Such a cute rustic place , away from tourist noise. Lots of greens around to please both the eyes and the soul. Breakfast option is on point , you cannot go wrong with typical breakfast ! Sip your coffee in the cute breakfast area and you’re set for the day. Very clean cabana and very kind staff! Thank you for the great stay! "

"They put a lot of money in making the resort presentable (plants, landscaping, pool, jacuzzi), but the room lacks basic necessities - NO PLACE to hang clothes. Because La Fortuna rains so often, you definitely will need to hang your stuff to dry, and there wasn't even a hanger or a closet. We finally had to ask for 2 lawn chairs. Water service also stopped with no warning at least 3 times (though each time didn't last too long) during the short stay (3 days) we had there. "

"Room had no hot water. Staff came to fix it and walked all over our room with muddy shoes. Fixing it took a long time. In the morning we went to shower and once again no hot water. What a disappointing experience "

"I had everything I needed in a very nice, well kept setting. You need to bring your own coffee but you a have a coffee maker. The setting is very nice with a water stream in the backyard. My room looked at the water stream which was very nice. Communication was great. The price is reasonable and I felt it was a good quality/price report. Would stay here again! "

"The property is new, well-designed, well-equipped, very clean, and well-maintained. You can clearly say that people care about their visitors. Location is great, it is close to the main attractions and sights in the area. Location is convenient, there is a store in front of the property, and a bunch of local restaurants with good food. The manager is very responsive.The downsides are close proximity to the road and some noise from the passing vehicles and motorcycles. In addition, the property is in an area that is still developing. Construction is ongoing along the sides of the backyard. The construction workers enjoy their time during the nighttime, there was an extremely loud folk music or karaoke from 12 am till 5 am on one night, which downgraded all the vacation spent on the property...
