"Everything was perfect - didn't want to leave!"

"Was a great place to stay with awesome facilities. No need to go to supermarket as there is one there that has everything you need. Take away food was good especially the pizza. Loved the pools but they closed too early 7pm it should be 9pm. We had no car and a lot of luggage they put us in a far away cabin long walk with heavy luggage. Cabin was suitable but no tv and lots of ants in the room."

"We had a great stay. Hotel is in a great location for tram (and airport), station is 15 min walk and Duomo 25 min. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful with checking in/out, luggage storage and directions to city centre. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and fantastic shower. There was a coffee machine in our room but no milk provided. We could have asked for some but we preferred to buy a cup of freshly ground from the cafe on ground floor - they also had a selection of...

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, including holding our bags and supporting our desire to lounge by the pool after check-out before our afternoon train. We felt so welcomed, and the value for the cost of the room was outstanding! The room was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. The full breakfast was sumptuous, and the pool and foodservice by the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at the cocktail bar on the rooftop.
