The location was perfect for us allowing a short walk into the main area. My only disappointment was that the booking was for a room with a balcony. "We loved the view from the room over Palermo. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom modern. It would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room and some tissues! The staff at the desk were so helpful. Breakfast and dinner were a little limited in choice but tasty and well prepared. The pools were closed but it was too cool anyway. It is a half hour from Palermo center requiring a car or taxi up a winding road but the staff were helpful in arranging rides."

"Upon entering the hotel I was suprised how modern it was. My room was not ready but the receptionist immediately supplied me with coffee and pastry. She was very friendly and informative. My room was lovely and clean with a little balcony. I spent half an hour listening to a little girl and a middle aged woman happily chatting away together, from their respective balconies on opposite sides of the street!! Breakfast was fabulous, one of the best I have had! Oh, and the lift was glass!"
