"Es hat ein Ambiente als ob man in die eigene Wohnung kommen würde, ein sehr schönes, helles, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad, Dusche und WC in einem typisch italienischen Gasserl mit Balkonen und Wäscheleinen. Rundherum ist man mitten im Zentrum von lauter Lokalen und Geschäften, trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Gasse. "The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat. "

The balcony overlooked the Quattro Canti square and was fun to listen to the excellent street performers including opera singers. Lots of shops and restaurants wet close by. "From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our room ‘Norma’ was perfect with fantastic views over Via Maqueda. Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!"

"A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina."
